Who we are
Reckon, at reckon.fourlinesagency.com, is run by Fourlines Agency. Businesses use it to see which of their adverts bring in enquiries and bookings. For the enquiries and bookings of a business's own customers, that business decides what is collected and why; we process the data on its behalf and on its instructions.
What we collect
- Advertising data from the ad accounts a business connects (for example Meta and Google): spend, reach, clicks and how its campaigns are set up. Our access to those accounts is read-only.
- Enquiries that reach the business through its website forms or through WhatsApp after someone clicks one of its adverts: the name, phone number or email address the person gave, their message, and which advert they came from.
- Booking records the business sends us: date, mobile number, service, whether the person attended, and the amount. If the file has a name column, the names are removed before it is stored. We do not collect medical or health information.
- Account details for the business's staff who sign in: an email address and a password, which is stored only as a salted hash.
How we use it
Only to provide the service to the business it belongs to: to show it its enquiries, match them to the adverts that produced them, and report what is working. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for our own advertising, and one business never sees another's data.
WhatsApp and Meta data
Data we receive from Meta's platforms, including WhatsApp, is used only to provide this service to the business that connected it. It is not shared with anyone else or used for any other purpose.
Where it is kept, and for how long
- On our own server in Nuremberg, Germany, with encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
- The original content of an enquiry and of an uploaded booking file, which holds phone numbers and messages, is deleted after 30 days by default; the business can set this period. Anything we receive that cannot be matched to a business is deleted after 7 days.
- Advertising figures are kept for as long as the business uses the service.
Cookies
One cookie, set only when a member of staff signs in, to keep them signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data about you. If you contacted a business that uses Reckon, you can ask that business, or email us at reckon@fourlinesagency.com with the phone number or email address you used. We will act on it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page changes and the date at the top moves.
